Cnc Machine Tool Design Data Bank A service available to anyone who wants to retrofit or rebuild their own CNC machine tool Drawings, PLC logic, parameters and other design information can be bought from our archives covering 800 CNC retrofits using numerous Controls, Drives and PLC's Drawings showing mechanical or electrical design could be supplied as DXF® or Autocad® format CAD files. PLC logic would be dependant upon cnc control type A complete set of parts could also be supplied to save you the hassle of sourcing the right equipment. This kit could include: The CNC, rotating pendant box, drives, motors, cables, encoders, scales, emergency stop devices, push button plates with push buttons, CNC, rotating pendant box, solenoid operated guard door interlocks, relays and even a fully built electrical panel - ready to wire up. Support for some CNC systems can be supplied over modem / telephone links. Manuals Various machine, control and drive manuals can be supplied to help with your project.
